At Professional Idiots we are seeking an open-minded, Director of Growth to join our team and help us iteratively improve our user experience to better support the community.

At Professional Idiots, you will be responsible for:
 

• Creating tons and tons of content, then a few more tons

• Managing all social media outlets, building our following

• Uploading videos to third part websites to drive traffic

• Constantly working on building our affiliate network

• And any other thing to grow our member base
   

You should have experience:
 

• 4+ years of professional experience writing content for web and social media

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to shift your tone/voice based on your audience

• Solid understanding of SEO principles

• Experience with social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)

• Mastery of word, pages and Google suite
   

Bonus if you have experience:
 

• Working productively on a small remote team

• Developing and execute effective social media campaigns

• Strategize, create and approve content for publication

• Grow followers and drive engagement

• Reach out to press, influencers, and bloggers

• Monitor, respond and report on online conversations

• Grow Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram

• Effectively deliver weekly reporting
   

To be a successful Idiot, you need to be:

• Self-motivated and have strong organizational skills

• Vocal about your opinions but not married to them

• Driven to learn and self-improve

• A strong written communicator
